sunsets do really well in HDRI. The first image with the rock it feels akward to me...maybe placing the rock at either side instead of the center would help as my eye sees a large dark akwardly shaped shape in the midst of the image...??? I enjoy your placement of the castle?/lighthouse? and how it's more about the sky.
